具本体に押圧される工具台との間に当該外部絶縁
被覆導体を収納し、前記ねじの刃部により当該絶
縁被覆導体の絶縁被覆部に切込みを入れ、電力量
計の当該電源側導体と負荷側導体とを前記工具本
体内のバイパス回路により導通させ、停電させな
いで取替工事を行うことのできる無停電工具にお
いて、前記バイパス回路に当該バイパス回路に対
し一括して電磁気的に鎖交するように設けた電流
注入部と、該電流注入部に接続し、当該電流注入
部にパルス電圧を印加するパルス発生部と、前記
各バイパス回路と各々電磁気的に鎖交するように
設けた電流検出部と、該電流検出部に接続し、前
記パルス発生部から前記電流注入部に印加された
パルス電圧により前記バイパス回路に電流が流れ
当該電流検出部により電流が検出されたときにこ
