Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain strong X rays by compensating for an inclination of a hole for introducing the X rays formed in an inner portion of a capillary glass tube etc.
CONSTITUTION: A capillary glass tube 14 for focusing X rays is surrounded by a cover 15 and the glass tube 14 is supported by an elastic ring member 17 so that it can be inclined and moved freely. On the other hand, the cover 15 is provided with an elastic-energizing member 18 and a press member 19 is screwed to the cover 15 opposing the elastic-energizing member 18 for placement. The glass tube 14 is inclined and moved within the cover 15 in reference to an elastic ring member 17 by pressing by pressing the press member 19 into the cover 15 or loosening the screw to pull out the press member 19 to the outside of the cover 15, thus enabling the penetration hole 16 to be placed matching an X-rays light path or in parallel to it.
