ある。 図面中、１，２１はＡＴＣ本体、２，２２は旋
回アーム、３，２３はロツド、５は工具グリツプ
部、１０はアーム旋回軸、１１はピン、１２は突
出部である。
図は第１図の部分断面側面図、第３図は従来の技
術の正面図、第４図は第３図の部分断面側面図で
ある。 図面中、１，２１はＡＴＣ本体、２，２２は旋
回アーム、３，２３はロツド、５は工具グリツプ
部、１０はアーム旋回軸、１１はピン、１２は突
出部である。
Claims (1)
- 装置本体に旋回可能に支持され且つ工具を把持
する工具グリツプ部により工具を把持して工具交
換する旋回アーム、該旋回アームに移動可能に設
けられ且つ工具を該工具グリツプ部に先端部で押
圧する工具脱落防止用のロツドとを具備した自動
工具交換装置において、前記ロツドの基端側に前
記ロツドの移動方向とほぼ直角方向に突出して形
成されるピンと、前記装置本体に形成され且つ前
記旋回アームの旋回時に該ピンと係合して該ピン
を旋回アームの旋回中心側に移動して前記ロツド
を前記ロツドの基端側に移動する突出部とを有し
て、前記旋回アームによる工具把持直前の旋回時
に該ピンを該突出部に係合させて前記ロツドを基
端側に引込ませ、前記ロツドと工具との間の干渉
を防止することを特徴とする自動工具交換装置の
工具把持機構。
