(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to pearlescent ornaments and clothing. (Prior Art) Conventionally, artificial pearls themselves have been known as products having pearlescent luster. Artificial pearls are simply a pearlescent coating layer formed on a mother body made of, for example, synthetic resin. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, with this configuration, there is a problem that it is difficult to find any particular superiority over ordinary pearl products, and there is dissatisfaction with the commercial value of the artificial pearl products. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art, and the artificial pearl ornaments and accessories according to the present invention include a luminescent material in a matrix made of synthetic resin. In ornaments and accessories having pearl luster, in which a coating layer made of artificial pearls is formed on the outer surface of the mother body, the ratio of the synthetic resin and the luminescent material is set to 87% to 87%.
93 wt%, and the luminescence material is 7 to 13 wt%. Examples of products to which the present invention applies include accessories such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, brooches, hair clips, tie clips, and cowl buttons, and clothing accessories such as buttons for clothing. As the synthetic resin, for example, urea resin, styrene resin, etc. may be used. Luminescence (in this specification, refers to afterglow including fluorescence and phosphorescence) materials include:
For example, a material made of phosphorescent zinc sulfide (ZnS:Cu), which is a luminous pigment with a long afterglow property using copper as an activator, may be used. Here, the mixing ratio of the base synthetic resin and the luminescent material is determined in consideration of the luminescence brightness of the luminescence, the molding strength of the base, and the like. However, if the proportions of the synthetic resin and the luminescent material are 87 to 93 wt% for the synthetic resin and 7 to 13 wt% for the luminescent material, almost perfect pearlescent luster can be obtained in bright light. If the proportion of the luminescent material exceeds 13 wt%, the pearlescent luster will be rapidly lost. Further, the luminescent pigment absorbs and accumulates sunlight or electric lamp light, and gradually releases it to emit light, and it is preferable that the pigment can repeat this absorption, accumulation, and light emission any number of times. Furthermore, the luminescent material should be selected so that its light emission time in the dark is as long as possible, and its luminance should be a constant value even with relatively low-intensity stimulation light, and the phosphorescence rate depends on the intensity of the stimulation light. Regardless, it is preferable to select one that reaches the saturation value within a predetermined time. For example, the coating layer may be applied as follows. That is, a resin containing a luminescent material is molded into a predetermined shape, and the molded product is mixed with an artificial pearl essence (such as basic lead carbonate) or a natural pearl essence in a solution of nitrocellulose. (such as hairtail scales) can be immersed in a mixture. The thickness of the coating layer is preferably 0.01 to 0.10 mm, more preferably 0.03 to 0.05 mm. Within this range, even better pearlescent luster can be obtained and a better luminescence effect can be achieved. (Function) The function of the present invention will be explained below together with the findings obtained in making the present invention. The present inventor came up with the idea that if a luminescent material is contained in a matrix made of synthetic resin, an artificial pearl product with a unique taste can be obtained. However, if the matrix contains a luminescent material, it is questionable whether the unique luster of pearls will be maintained, and conversely, the presence of a coating layer will hinder the matrix's light absorption and emission, that is, the luminescence effect. There were also questions as to whether this was the case. However, after conducting various experiments, it was found that the luster characteristic of pearls can be maintained even when the mother body contains a luminescent material, which led to the present invention. The absorption and emission of light by the luminescent material contained in the matrix takes place through the coating layer, and the afterglow of the luminescent material, that is, the luminescence of the matrix, makes artificial pearl products such as netskures luminescent, making them visible in the dark. This gives it a unique look and makes it easier to search in the dark.
On the other hand, when worn, the artificial pearl product becomes attractive and has a unique beauty. The present inventor further investigated the mixing ratio of the synthetic resin and the luminescent material, and found that this ratio also affected the pearlescent luster. That is, if the proportions of the synthetic resin and the luminescent material are 87 to 93 wt% of the synthetic resin and 7 to 13 wt% of the luminescent material, almost perfect pearlescent luster can be obtained in bright light. If the proportion of the luminescent material exceeds 13 wt%, the pearlescent luster will be rapidly lost. (Example) [Example 1] Figure 1 shows an example of the present invention.
The artificial pearl 1 is composed of a matrix 2 and a coating layer 3. In this example, urea resin is used as the resin,
Phosphorescent zinc sulfide (ZnS:Cu) was used as the luminescent material. A mixture of 90 wt% resin and 10 wt% luminescent material was molded into the shape shown in Figure 1. Next, it was immersed five times in a mixture of a nitrocellulose solution and natural pearl essence (hairtail scales, etc.) to form a coating layer 3. The layer thickness of coating layer 3 is 0.03
It was warm in mm. The luminescence effect of the product produced as described above was measured.

[Table] [Example 2] Fig. 2 shows the case where the artificial pearls 1 shown in Fig. 1 are applied to the netskuresu 4. In this case, each artificial pearl 1 is provided with a connecting material when molding the mother body 2. A through hole is drilled through which the thread is inserted. [Example 3] Figures 3a and 3b show examples of clothing buttons. The manufacturing method is the same as in Example 1. Note that the shape of the button is not limited to spherical or hemispherical, but can be any shape. (Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, a luminescent material is mixed in a matrix made of synthetic resin, and a pearlescent coating layer is formed on the outer surface of the matrix, so that it becomes luminescent. This improves the ease of searching and aesthetic appearance of artificial pearl products, especially in dark places, and makes the display area of artificial pearl products and the state in which they are worn more attractive, making them superior to ordinary pearl products. This can contribute to improving the commercial value of artificial pearl products in the decoration and clothing industries.
