Abstract

PURPOSE: To solve the problem of information processing generated newly from both processes being compounded, in order to eliminate the loss on the physical distribution and information generated between conventional work process and assembly process.

In a transfer line 5, parts are mounted by the irrespective jig on a pallet 20, and moved together with the information of the ID tag 6. When the pallet 20 reaches the standby position of each process, the R/W head 7 installed on each process reads the information of the ID tag 6, a decoding controller 9 decodes it and the work is started.
