3Cに、すべり止め用の面荒しを施すことにより

ラム接触部3Aの形状をダイヤフラム1に対し前
記ダイヤフラム取付台2の内周面2Cと対称又は
ほぼ対称とした押圧突起3B及び押圧面3Cで押
圧するように固定連結することにより、エアーポ
ンプを完成させたものである。なお、第1図にお
いて、他の構成は第5図に示した一般的なポンプ
と同様で、各部品に第5図と同一の番号を付して
