Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the pure water in which the quantity of fine particles is extremely less with stability for a long period by using the permeation water obtained from a reverse osmotic membrane device as the recovering water of a recovering type ion exchange equipment or using the permeation water obtained by treating non-permeation water with the membrane separation device provided separately.
CONSTITUTION: The recovering water of the exchange equipment 1 uses the permeation water 4 obtained from the reverse osmotic membrane device 3 or the permeation water 9 obtained by treating the non-permeation water 5 of the reverse permeation membrane device 3 with the membrane separation device 8 provided separately. With this method, the permeation water in which the number incorporating fine particles is extremely less is used as the recovering water for the recovering type ion exchange equipment in the primary system, so the contamination of an ion exchange resin is surely prevented and the progress of the contamination can be suppressed remarkably so much and the pure water of less fine particle number is obtained with stability for a long period.
