A resin injector 4 is connected to the opening portion 2a through a transparent hose 3 which allows to see inside. Then, the quantity of resin to be injected is decided based on the inner diameter and length of the unused supply pipe 2 from the open portion 2a to a conduit 1, and the resin injector 4 is filled with normal-temperature-hardening type high-viscosity resin 6. The high-viscosity resin 6 is supplied by means of a compressed air pressure into the unused supply pipe 2, then is allowed to harden.
