In the conventional fan depression angle adjustment device as described above, one terminal 68a of the twist spring 68 is fixed and the other terminal 68b is moved according to the movement of the neck piece 67, so the diameter of the twist spring 68 is contracted in the elevation angle operation. It moves in such a way that the diameter increases during depression angle movement. Therefore, the force relationship of the torsion spring 68 is different between the depression angle movement and the depression angle movement, and there is a problem that uniform depression angle movement cannot be performed.

It extends outward and reaches the notch 47a of the adjustment plate 47. Reference numeral 52 denotes a plurality of holes 4 formed on both sides of the lower part of the adjustment plate 47 and arranged in an arc with the bolt 49 at the center.
7c from the inside, the ball is formed to have a larger diameter than the hole 47c, and is inserted into the hole 9h at the lower end of the neck piece 9. During assembly, the ball 52 on the hole 47b side is inserted from this hole 47b. Reference numeral 53 is a push spring that is housed in the hole 9h and pushes the balls 52 and 52 outward, respectively. Reference numeral 54 is a screw that fastens the neck piece cover 11 to the adjustment plate 47.

That is, if the head 6 is tilted forward or backward,
The neck piece 9 rotates around the bolt 49, and a suitable return force is applied by the torsion spring 51 to perform a downward movement. First, the principle will be explained with reference to FIG.

When the torsion spring 51 is in the reference position, its both terminals 51a and 51b are as shown in FIG. 10a.
Each presses against the end of the notch 47a. During elevation movement, one terminal 51a of the torsion spring 51
rotates in the direction of arrow A, as shown in FIG. 10b, and the other terminal 51b is supported by the notch 47a. At the time of depression angle operation, the other terminal 51b of the twist spring 51
rotates in the direction of arrow B, as shown in FIG. 10c, and one end 51a is supported by the notch 47a. In this manner, the torsion spring 51 operates in the direction in which its diameter is reduced in both the elevation angle movement and the depression angle movement, and exerts a return force by deflection in the same direction.

Now, when the head 6, that is, the neck piece 9 is in the neutral position, both ends 51a, 51b of the torsion spring 51 touch the ends of the notch 47a of the adjustment plate 47, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12. It's pressing. When the head 6 is rotated in the elevation direction, one end 5 of the torsion spring 51 is turned as shown in FIG.
1a is pressed against the end of the elongated hole 48b of the spring stopper plate 48 and rotates. As shown in FIG. 14, the other terminal 51b presses the end of the notch 47a of the adjustment plate 47. Further, when the head 6 is rotated in the direction of depression, the other end 51b of the torsion spring 51 is pressed against the end of the elongated hole 9f of the neck piece 9 and rotated, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 15, one end 51a presses the end of the notch 47a of the adjustment plate 47. In this way, the torsion spring 51
exerts a restoring force by deflection in the same direction. During this time, the pressure spring 53 presses the ball 52 and the ball 5
2 engages with the hole 47c, the position of the neck piece 9, that is, the head 6, is adjusted, and the angle of elevation can be set to an appropriate value.

As explained above, in this invention, the neck piece is pivotally supported by an adjustment plate having an arc-shaped notch formed on the upper edge, and the neck piece is provided with a cavity and an arc-shaped elongated hole corresponding to the notch. A torsion spring is housed in the cavity, both ends of which extend through the elongated hole, and when the neck piece is in the neutral position, the end of the notch is pressed, and when the neck piece is rotated, one of the ends extends above the elongated hole. Since it is pressed by the end of the elongated hole, the torsion spring can be moved in the same direction during both the depression angle movement and the elevation angle movement, thereby making it possible to obtain a uniform elevation movement.
