It was becoming like that. That is, in the case of a hallway floor, a drainage groove 8' is formed to drain water when rain blows in and water spilled on the hallway floor. The floor panels 5' having the upper ends of the floor panels 5' were laid side by side. However, since the concrete floor panels 5' are laid side by side, there are many joints between the drain grooves 8', and as a result, there are many areas that need waterproofing when draining water. There was a problem above. Therefore, it may be possible to increase the size of the floor panel 5' so that there are fewer joints between the drain grooves 8', but this would be extremely heavy since it is made of concrete, making it difficult to handle. And since it is large, it is difficult to transport it,
There was a problem that construction was complicated.

A gap 6 is formed between the tip of the corridor beam 2 or the corridor pillar 3, and a concrete elongated in a direction parallel to the outer wall 1 of the building is formed on the joint beam 9 and the mounting piece 11 in the gap 6 part. A drainage panel 7 made of aluminum is mounted, and a drainage groove 8 is provided on the upper surface of the drainage panel 7 in the longitudinal direction, and the ends of the drainage grooves 8 of adjacent drainage panels 7 are continuous with each other. By adopting such a configuration, the above-mentioned object of the present invention is achieved. That is, in the present invention, the drainage groove part 8 is not provided in the floor panel 5, but the drainage groove part is provided in the drainage panel 7, which is a member separate from the floor panel 5 and is elongated in a direction parallel to the outer wall 1. 8 makes it possible to reduce the number of joints between the drainage grooves 8, and even though it has become possible to reduce the number of seams between the drainage grooves 8, the floor panel 5 By separating the drainage panel 7 and the floor panel 5, there is no need to make the floor panel 5 large. A mounting piece 11 is provided that protrudes laterally beyond the joint beam 9, and the elongated drainage panel 7 is placed and supported on the joint beam 9 and the mounting piece 11, so that it can be stably and reliably mounted. Corridor pillars 3 are erected at regular intervals outside the outer wall 1 of the building. A hallway beam 2 having a U-shaped longitudinal section is installed between the hallway pillars 3 in parallel with the outer wall 1. A hallway foundation structure 4 is formed between the beams and columns of the building, which are members constituting the outer wall 1 of the building, and the hallway beams 2 or hallway pillars 3. In the embodiment shown in the attached drawings, this hallway foundation structure 4 includes joint beams 9 installed between the outer wall 1 of the building and the hallway beams 2 or hallway pillars 3, and floor support members 10 installed between the joint beams 9. It is composed of. A mounting piece 11 that protrudes to the side of the joint beam 9 is provided on the upper surface near the end of the joint beam 9 on the corridor beam 2 or hallway pillar 3 side. A concrete floor panel 5 is arranged in parallel on the floor support material 10 of the corridor base structure 4. In this case, the length of the floor panel 5 is a certain length shorter than the length from the outer wall 1 of the building to the hallway beam 2, and there is a gap 6 between the tip of the floor panel 5 and the hallway beam 2 or hallway pillar 3.
The construction is to be carried out so that a Also,
A drainage panel 7 made of concrete and elongated in a direction parallel to the outer wall 1 of the building in the gap 6 portion.
is placed on the corridor base structure 4. A drainage groove 8 is provided on the upper surface of the drainage panel 7 in the longitudinal direction, and the ends of the drainage grooves 8 of adjacent drainage panels 7 are made continuous. And the adjacent drainage panel 7
In the continuous portion where the ends of the drain groove portions 8 are connected to each other, waterproof treatment is performed with a sealing material 14 to prevent water leakage. By the way, the floor panel 5 is provided with a fitting protrusion 12 at a side end and a fitting recess 13 at the other end, and adjacent floor panels 5 are fitted with the fitting protrusion 12. The connection is made by fitting into the recess 13, and in this case, a sealing material 14 is also interposed at the connection portion between adjacent floor panels 5 to perform waterproofing. In addition, sealant 14 is also applied to the butt part between the floor panel 5 and the drainage panel 7.
is interposed to make it waterproof. Further, the floor panel 5 is fixed to the connecting beam 9 of the hallway foundation structure 4 to the floor support material 10 with tapping screws, and the drainage panel 7 is fixed to the end of the connecting beam 9 of the hallway foundation structure 4 to the mounting piece. 11 with a tapping screw 19; in this case, the tapping screw 1
A sealing material 14 is filled in the upper part of the head of the tap 9 to prevent water from leaking from the part where the tapping 19 is attached by the screw. It should be noted that at the top surface of the end of the joint beam 9, the mounting piece 11 is placed laterally.
The reason for extending the slender drainage panel 5 is to widen the area to support the installation when installing it across the joint beams 9, and to enable stable installation. This is so that the connection portion between the ends of the elongated drainage panel 5 can be supported by the mounting piece portion 11 portion. Although FIGS. 6a and 6b show examples of elongated drainage panels 7 having different lengths, it is preferable to prepare several types of panels with different lengths and use them as appropriate. The drainage panels 7 having different elongated lengths are preferably an integral multiple of the module. by the way,
A drainage hole 16 communicating with the drainage groove 8 is bored in any drainage panel 7, a drainage drain device 17 is attached to the drainage hole 16, and a downspout 18 is connected to the drainage drain device 17. . Incidentally, a staircase 15 is connected to the corridor that is configured to protrude outside the outer wall 1 of the building configured as described above.

る。[Effects of the invention] As described above, the concrete floor panels are installed in parallel on the hallway foundation structure, and a gap is created between the tip of the floor panel and the hallway beam or hallway pillar. a concrete drainage panel that is elongated in the direction parallel to the exterior wall of the building in the gap portion and is placed on the corridor base structure,
A drainage groove is provided on the top surface of the drainage panel in the longitudinal direction, and the ends of the drainage grooves of adjacent drainage panels are continuous with each other. It is advantageous in terms of waterproofing because it can reduce the number of seams between the drainage grooves compared to the previous type, and it also allows for fewer seams between the drainage grooves. However, by separating the floor panel and drainage panel, there is no need to make the floor panel large, and it is easy to handle during transportation and construction, and it is also suitable for use as a base structure for hallways. A mounting piece that protrudes laterally than the joint beam is installed near the corridor beam or hallway pillar on the top of the joint beam, and a mounting piece that is elongated in a direction parallel to the exterior wall of the building is placed above the joint beam and the mounting piece. Concrete drainage panels are installed, so when installing long and thin drainage panels across the connecting beams, this is done in order to widen the area to support the installation and ensure stable installation. In particular, since the connection portion between the ends of the elongated drainage panel can be supported by the mounting piece, the drainage panel can be supported stably and reliably.
