Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce current consumption of a circuit in no load state by using a window comparator whether the load driving circuit is in the load connection state or the no load state and applying on/off control to a switching circuit depending on the detection output.
CONSTITUTION: This circuit is provided with a window comparator 19 detecting the output signal level of output transistors(TRs) 3, 7 and outputting a signal representing whether the state is either the load connection state or the no load state, switching circuits 12, 15 inserted to the output path of an input TR 1, and load resistor 17 having a resistance larger than that of a 1st load resistor 14 and connected in parallel with the 1st load resistor 14 by the turning-on of the switching circuits 12, 15. In this case, the switching circuits 12, 15 are turned on by the detection output of the window comparator 19 receiving the output signal of the output TRs 3, 7 in the no load state. Thus, the current consumption of the circuit in the no load state is reduced.
