Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of the title apparatus with a simplified structure and eliminate the possibility of air pollution by providing an exhaust unit for exhausting to the air low temperature low pressure air from an expansion device and a suction unit for supplying air sucked in by opening itself to the air to a suction side of a compressor.
CONSTITUTION: A compressor 12 produces high temperature high pressure air which air is fed to an expansion device 14 through a heat radiator 13 as low temperature low pressure air. The expansion device 14 expands the low temperature low pressure air to rotate a turbine and hence drive the compressor 12. The low temperature low pressure air lowered in its temperature by being reduced in its pressure by the expansion device 14 is exhausted from an exhaust unit 17 to the air and is allowed to lower peripheral temperature by absorbing heat of peripheral air. Air sucked in by a suction unit 16 opening to the air is sucked into the suction side of the compressor 12 and is compressed for repetition of the foregoing operation. Hereby, the just-mentioned air rises the ambient temperature around the heat radiator 13 while lowering the ambient temperature around the exhaust unit 17. Accordingly, heat radiation operation of the heat radiator 13 can be utilized for heating, and hence the heat absorption operation of the exhaust unit 17 can be utilized for cooling and for condensers and the like.
