<Prior Art> When a car crashes, the human body seated in the seat is restrained by a seat belt, but moves forward due to inertia. At this time, the lumbar region and upper body sink downward due to the deflection of the seat cushion spring and pad, a so-called submarine phenomenon. Due to this phenomenon, the waist belt may separate from the waist and press the abdomen, causing an injury to the human body.

In order to prevent such a sinking of the human body, conventionally, as shown in FIG.
In this, a convexly curved rigid restraining member 5 is fixed to the front part of the cushion panel 2 so as to extend in the width direction of the seat 1.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> In the seat of the above conventional structure, when a collision occurs from the normal seating position shown in Fig. 6, the human body that tries to move forward due to inertia force is restrained, as shown in Fig. 7. By restraining the thighs with the member 5, the human body is prevented from sinking, and the waist belt 6 is prevented from slipping toward the abdomen. However, when the person is seated normally as shown in FIG. 6, the spring 3 is deflected by the body weight and the pad 4 is compressed. Therefore, the thickness t of the pad 4 in the vicinity of the restraining member 5 becomes thinner, and even when sitting normally, the stiffness of the restraining member 5 hits the front of the thigh, giving a feeling of a foreign body, making it uncomfortable to sit.

<Means for solving the problems> The present invention is an improvement on the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its characteristic structure is that the front side walls of the cushion panel are sloped upward toward the front of the seat. A guide shaft is attached along the axis of the restraint member, and both ends of a restraining member that moves inertially are slidably guided by the guide shaft.

<Function> In the present invention with the above configuration, under normal conditions, the restraining member is located below by its own gravity, where it is not hit by the pads, and in the event of a collision, it moves forward and tilts upward due to inertia force, suppressing the thighs and preventing the human body. prevent sinking.

In the present invention, a guide shaft 10 is attached to the front side walls of the cushion panel 2 with an axis that slopes upward toward the front of the seat, and both ends of the restraining member 11 are slidably guided on the guide shaft 10. It is.

The details of the above configuration will be explained with reference to FIG. The guide shaft 10 is attached at both ends to the inner surface of both side walls of the cushion panel 2 by means of attachment fittings 12 so as to have the inclined axis.

The structure for slidably guiding the suppressing member 11 to the guide shaft 10 includes brackets 13 at both ends of the suppressing member 11.
In order to securely secure the restraining member 11 and to make the sliding movement of the restraining member 11 as good as possible, the bracket 13 holds a linear bearing 14, and the guide shaft 10 is guided through the linear bearing 14. In addition, the suppressing member 11
Although a pipe is suitable for this, it is not necessarily limited to a pipe.

Further, a locking/disengaging means may be provided for holding the restraining member 11 at the rising end position when the restraining member 11 moves upward. Its structure is such that a pin 15 is provided protruding from the upper end of the guide shaft 10, and a claw member 16 provided with a split groove into which the pin 15 fits is provided on the bracket 13.

Since the present invention has the above-described structure, normally the restraining member 11 is located at the lower descending end of the guide shaft 10 due to its own weight, as shown in FIG. 4A. Even if the user sits on the seat 1, the pad that bends due to his/her weight does not hit the restraining member 11 located at this lower end.

When a car collides, the restraining member 11 moves forward and upward along the guide shaft 10 due to inertia force.
This forward and upward movement of the restraining member 11 moves faster than the human body because the restraining member 11 is lighter in weight than the human body, and therefore suppresses the thighs of the human body and prevents the human body from sinking.

At this time, since the restraining member 11 may shift downward when the human body behaves strangely, the claw member 16 fits into the pin 15 at the rising end of the restraining member 11, as shown in FIG. 4B. It is locked at the rising end position.

<Effects of the invention> As described above, according to the invention, the restraining member, which suppresses the thighs in the event of a collision and prevents injury to the abdomen due to sinking of the human body, is raised to a predetermined position by the inertia force at the time of the collision. Since it is moved and positioned at the lower end where pads normally do not contact, it eliminates the feeling of a foreign body hitting the front of the thigh when normally seated, improving sitting comfort, and preventing the human body from submerging in the event of a collision. This has the effect of maintaining prevention of phenomena in the same manner as before.
