Abstract

PURPOSE:To make possible the formation of a holder which can hold therein the different containers of different shapes by a method wherein a plurality of retaining pieces formed of a resilient material having a smooth upper surface are provided in a radial manner around the inner periphery of the holder in at least two positions above its bottom part almost parallel thereto. CONSTITUTION:The retaining pieces 5a formed by slitting a circular resilient sheet 5 in a radial manner at an angular space of 45 deg. are mounted between a lower outer cylinder 3 and an upper outer cylinder 4 and on the top face of the upper outer cylinder 4 using hold-down rings 6 and bolts 7. A container 10 is forced through the resilient sheets 5 into a receiving space 9 to be set in a holder 1 and secured in the central part thereof by the reactive force caused by the deflection of each retaining piece 5a. Since the retaining pieces 5a provided in two tiers become deformable in response to changes in the shape of the container to be received in the holder, the containers in various shapes can be retained.

Traditionally, on manufacturing lines for products such as detergents and shampoos, containers were transported individually, and the containers were positioned during transport before being filled with liquid and capped.
In this method, the container feeding member and positioning member must be formed to match the shape of the container, so if the shape of the container changes, it is necessary to change the production equipment. On the other hand, a method is also known in which the container is transported in a holder so that even if the shape of the container changes, it can be handled with the same production equipment. The holder used in this method has a storage part that matches the shape of the container so that the container can be inserted from above, and has a cylindrical or square shape with a constant outer diameter regardless of the shape of the container. It is formed into a column. By positioning the container with respect to the holder, the same positioning member etc. can always be used on the production line. However, even if such a holder is used, there is a problem in that if the shape of the container changes, another holder having a storage portion of a shape corresponding to the shape of the container must be used. Further, since the container cannot be inserted into the holder unless the container is aligned with the storage section, mounting the container is relatively troublesome. If the container has a shape that gradually becomes thinner from the bottom to the top, there will be fewer contact points between the container and the container, and vibrations during transportation may cause the container to tilt, causing the liquid to fill up. and capping may be affected. On the other hand, as a container holder that is less likely to cause container misalignment, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-28394 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 57-120
The type disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 440 may include a type having an elastic sheet with appropriate cuts such as radial cuts in the center. In the holder shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-28394, two elastic sheets are held in parallel at a distance from each other, and by pushing a container into the notch, the elastic sheet is bent, and the container and the elastic sheet are The container is held in place by the frictional force between the container and the container. For this reason, a material with a high coefficient of friction, such as rubber, is used for the elastic sheet. Therefore, if the container is inserted from above and pulled out upwards, the elastic sheet will curl up, which is undesirable. Therefore, the container must be pushed into the elastic sheet from below and pulled out upwards after filling and capping operations are completed. In this way, the container passes through the holder from the bottom to the top, so the container cannot be positioned in the height direction with the holder alone, and other means are used to position the container in the height direction when filling the contents or capping. I needed to. Further, the holder disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-120440 is for fixing a beverage container to the seat of a vehicle, but an elastic sheet having radial notches is provided at the top, and center holes are provided at the bottom. The holder is configured so that it can accommodate containers with different outer diameters by providing stepped seats with the same diameter but different diameters (a holder with this configuration can be used in the manufacturing process of shampoos, etc.). However, this holder is only intended for containers with a cylindrical shape, so it cannot handle containers with complex shapes as is, and even if the shape of the seat was changed, it could only handle containers with a very limited shape. . Therefore, a technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a holder that can reliably position containers in the height direction and can hold containers of different shapes.

The container holder according to the present invention is configured as follows in order to solve the above-mentioned technical problem. That is, it consists of a bottom part that supports the bottom surface of the container, and a peripheral part located around the sides of the container and whose interior is used as a storage space for the container. A plurality of holding pieces are provided at two or more positions above the bottom in a substantially radial manner so as to form planes that are substantially parallel to the bottom. Note that the peripheral part can be formed into a cylindrical shape, for example, but it is also possible to form several rods standing up from the bottom.
A holding piece may be attached to this rod.

In the above configuration, the container is pushed into the storage space from the surface formed by the plurality of holding pieces arranged approximately radially, while bending each holding piece, until it comes into contact with the bottom, and is attached to the holder. . When the mounting is completed, the container is located at the center of the holder because the bent holding piece is pushed from all sides at two or more upper and lower positions by the force of the bent holding piece to return to its original shape. With this configuration, the container is pushed into the storage space from one side and is naturally guided to the center, making it extremely easy to install.Since the container is held in two or more places, upper and lower, when it is installed, the center of the container can be avoided. does not occur. Further, even if the shape of the container changes, the bending amount of the holding piece changes accordingly, so this one type of holder can be used for various containers. Furthermore, by pushing the container until it touches the bottom of the holder, positioning in the height direction can be easily performed. Furthermore, since the surface of the holding piece is smooth, when the container is removed from the holder, the holding piece does not curl up and become difficult to remove.

Below, a container holder according to an embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 will be described in detail. FIG. 1 is a central vertical sectional view of this container holder, FIG. 2 is a plan view, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view. This container holder 1 is
a bottom part 2 supporting the bottom surface of the container 10 to be held; a peripheral part 3 having a cylindrical shape and having a storage space 9 for the container therein;
It is composed of 4. The peripheral part 3.4 is composed of a lower outer cylinder 3 and an upper outer cylinder 4, and the lower outer cylinder 3 is integrated with the bottom part 2 by joining means such as welding. Alternatively, the bottom portion 2 and the lower outer cylinder 3 can be integrally formed by cutting. Further, a drain hole 8 is formed in the center of the bottom portion 2 for draining liquid spilled during filling. Between the lower outer cylinder 3 and the upper outer cylinder 4 and on the upper surface of the upper outer cylinder 4, there is a circular elastic sheet 5 having elasticity 45 at the center.
Holding piece 5a formed by making radial cuts at ° intervals
is attached using a retaining ring 6 and a through bolt 7. The holding piece 5a does not necessarily have to be formed by making radial cuts in a single notebook like the holder 1 of this embodiment, but may be formed by, for example, several small pieces each formed separately. They may be arranged radially. The holding piece 5a has elasticity as a whole, but in order to improve the surface slippage, a two-layered structure made of a tetrafluoroethylene sheet and a rubber sheet is used. . Note that instead of such a two-layer structure, a sheet made of only tetrafluoroethylene or a rubber sheet whose surface is coated with a material having a small coefficient of friction may be used. In this configuration, the container 10 is attached to the holder 1 by being pushed into the storage space 9 from the elastic sheet 5, and in this state, each holding piece 5a is bent as shown in FIG. 1, and the container is moved by the reaction force. held in the center. When removing the container IO from the holder 1, the container 10 can be pulled upward by taking advantage of the slippery surface of the holding piece 5a. In this holder, the holding pieces 5a provided in two stages deform according to the shape of the container to be stored, so that containers of various shapes can be held. First, even if the container has a shape that tapers from the bottom to the top, the container is always held in two places, the top and bottom, so even if vibrations occur, there will be no misalignment, and the content of the liquid will be maintained. Filling and capping can be performed reliably. Furthermore, when installing, you can easily position the container in the height direction by simply pushing it in until it hits the bottom.
