Abstract
PURPOSE: To automatically align a plunger mechanism and reduce loss time by attaching an operating sensor to each plunger mechanism and movably keeping a table on which mechanism is loaded by detection output of failure of aligning of the above-mentioned mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: Operating sensors 15 and 16 are attached to a plunger mechanism 1 of each section of independent section type glass bottle forming machine. Movement of conductor 7 attached with a definite pitch on the movable side of the above-mentioned mechanism 1 is detected by these sensors 15 and 16 and failure of aligning of the mechanism 1 is detected. Then a control device is operated by the output and a motor 14 is operated and table 2 on which the mechanism 1 is loaded is moved to automatically align the mechanism.
