させ、この時、該外輪素材の予備カップ部を該ダイと該
パンチとの間でしごいて前記カップ部を成形する工程と
、該成形と並行して軸部外径拘束ダイを該外輪素材の予
備軸部の外周にその全長にわたって嵌挿する工程と、該
嵌挿後にスプライン部成形用パンチを前記予備軸部の加
工穴に同心に嵌挿し、この時、該パンチにより該加工穴
の内周面に前記スプライン部を成形する工程とから成る
ことを特徴とする等速継手の外輪の製造方法。
