Abstract

PURPOSE: To surely fix and remove a cassette and switch to manual replacement by simple mechanism by fixing the cassette on a cassette mounting table by the attraction of a magnetic means.
CONSTITUTION: A necessary cassette 30 is selected from a preliminary supplying table 50 and the cassette 30 is carried to a cassette mounting table 40 by a carrying device 51. The carried cassette 30 is set at the prescribed set groove 42 by permitting the aligning pin 37 to be inserted into a pin hole 44. Thus, all the necessary cassettes 30 are set on the cassette mounting table 40. Then, a main switch 48 is turned on by a control box 46, all the coils 45 are conducted and an electromagnet generates magnetic force. The magnetic force allows a magnetic body 36 to be magnetically attracted on a york 43 and the cassette 30 is firmly fixed on the cassette mounting table 40. When removing the cassettes 30 for stage replacement, etc., the main switch 48 is turned off, the magnetic attraction is released and the cassettes 30 to be replaced are returned to the preliminary supplying table 50. Thus, the operability of the cassette mounting/dismounting is improved.
