Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a production line from stopping even when a fault occurs in one communication line by sending information required for the control of the production line to first and second networks simultaneously from a host computer.
CONSTITUTION: A first communication network 3 and a second communication network 4 which connect plural sets of facility 10 to the host computer 2 are provided, and the facility 10 or the host computer 2 sends the information required for the control of the production line to the first network 3 and the second network 4 simultaneously. Therefore, the information required for the control of the production line is transferred by duplexing at the facility 10 or the host computer 10. Thereby, no re-transmission process is required even when the fault occurs, and waiting time can be shortened at the facility or the host computer, which enables real time control to be performed, and the production line is prevented from stopping.
