The purpose of this is to save the trouble of packaging the batteries. The bare cell foam is secured by tightening each row of batteries with something similar to a band, and then a synthetic resin film with the tip fixed to a pallet is spread out to further wrap the top surface. A configuration is disclosed that wraps around the opposite side to form a surface protector.

蓄電池梱包体である。Means for Solving the ProblemsThe present invention, as a specific measure to solve these problems, has a plurality of storage batteries loaded on a pallet equipped with a fork receptacle for a forklift, and the top surface of the group of batteries is almost completely covered with the battery. In a package consisting of a packaging part that is opened and rolled up with a wide continuous synthetic resin wrap covering almost the entire side surface, the wrap of the rolled-up packaging part is wrapped with a large number of continuous wrinkles in the length direction. This is a storage battery package characterized by the following.

Also, the wrinkles formed on the wrap have a structure similar to that of strong ropes gathered together, which is stronger than using multiple sheets of expanded resin wrap. In addition, this kind of structure that has both strength and looseness allows the fork insertion port to be partially opened, so that even if the fork gets caught in the wrap, it will escape and only damage a part of the tightened wrap, and the width of the other parts will be reduced. In particular, the area near the fork insertion opening is important for maintaining the integrity of the package because it is the area where the force of integrating the battery and pallet is applied.

Reference numeral 1 is a pallet provided with a fork insertion port 2, and 3 is a storage battery or a small package in which the storage battery is wrapped in cardboard or in a cylindrical box. These are stacked on a pallet 1 in multiple stages. Reference numeral 4 denotes a roll-up packaging section in which a wide and continuous synthetic resin wrap is rolled up around a pallet and a group of storage batteries thereon, and each of these wraps is provided with a plurality of wrinkles 5 extending in the length direction thereof. Such a configuration can be easily formed by winding the lamp to a narrower width than the original lamp width.

It shows how it goes. At this time, the edges of the pallet are made to match the edges of the battery group. In other words, since the battery group at the bottom needs to be integrated into the pallet 1, it is desirable that they match.

This is an example in which a pallet 1 is rolled up while forming wrinkles 5 on the wrap 4 and providing gaps in the height direction of the insertion opening 2 of the pallet 1 according to the present invention. Such a configuration can be more reliable than a fully taut wrap. In addition, even if the battery should be hit by the fork of a forklift, it will be easily bounced off by the tip of the fork and will not spread in the width direction even if it is broken through, thereby increasing the safety of integrating the storage battery group into the pallet. Note that it is optional to use a cushioning material such as cardboard between the batteries in each stage.

。In addition, in the example, there is hardly any plastic wrap wrapped around the top surface of the loaded storage battery, but this open part is important to prevent oxidation corrosion of the balls caused by confining batteries containing liquid in a closed room, and protects them from contamination in the unlikely event of contamination. If a protective sheet or the like is used for this purpose, it is preferable to make at least a hole in a part of it and place it on top of the battery group, and apply the present invention in this state. Note that the ends of the wrap may be fixed to a part of the pallet, the object to be packed, or the packaged object by any method such as pinching, wrapping, or pasting.
