Abstract

PURPOSE: To offer the driving circuit which solves the problem of lateral crosstalk by finding the mean levels of an input display signal by scanning lines and correcting the input display signal according to the mean levels.
CONSTITUTION: This circuit is provided with a mean level deriving circuit 7 for finding the mean levels of the input display signal by the scanning lines and a correcting circuit 6 which corrects the input display signal according to the means levels. In this driving circuit, the input signal is corrected by the correcting circuit 6 according to the mean levels of the input display signal found by the scanning lines by the mean level deriving means to average difference voltages ΔV by the scanning lines. The lateral crosstalk is therefore suppressed or eliminated. The correction by the correcting circuit 6 is carried out by adding differenece between a specific mean level and the mean levels found by the scanning lines.
