低下するので300〜1400が好ましい。又、後塩素
化物も平均重合度が300〜1.400の塩化ビニル系

上記ビスフェノールSの添加量は少なくなると熱流動性
が改善されず成形性が向上せず、逆に多くなると成形の

酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、MBS樹脂、ABS樹脂な
どの改質剤、ステアリン酸エステル、ステアリルアルコ
ール、ポリエチレンワックスなどの滑剤、炭酸カルシウ
ム、ガラスファイバーなどの充填剤、酸化チタンなどの

錫メルカプト (三共有機合成社製、JP−9B)、ブ
チルステアレート(花王社製、エキセハ−JL/ BS
)、ステアリルアルコール(花王社製、カルコール86
)及びエステル系滑剤(ヘンケル白水社製、ロキシオー
ルG70S)をヘンシェルミキサーに供給し、60°C
で15分間混合した後、190″Cのロールで3分間溶
融混練した。得られた混練物を高化式フローテスターに
供給し、吐出孔の直径1閣、長さ10肛のダイを用いて
荷重1.60 kg f/cd、 190°Cの条件
で吐出量(フロー(ml/5ec) )を測定した。又
、得られた混練物を180°C1l 50kg f/c
dの条件でプレスし、厚さ6.4mのシートを得、JI
