画分を効率的に得ることができた。

果は第6表に示す、なお、POv値の測定はLea法の
改良法〔油化学、19(15)、 340(1970)
)に準じた。

【特許請求の範囲】 1、ハーブ系香辛料又は抗酸化性成分を含むハーブ系香
辛料の処理物を超臨界状態の二酸化炭素からなる流体で
抽出処理し、上記ハーブ系香辛料又はその処理物に含ま
れる抗酸化性成分を上記流体中に移行させた後、該流体
から抗酸化性成分を分離回収することを特徴とする抗酸
化剤の製造方法。 2、流体が、圧力が200〜450kg/cm^2、温
度が40〜80℃の超臨界状態の二酸化炭素からなる請
求項1記載の製造方法。 3、流体にエントレーナーとして有機溶剤を混合した請
求項1又は2記載の製造方法。 4、抗酸化性成分を含むハーブ系香辛料の処理物が、ハ
ーブ系香辛料、その熱水抽出残渣、精油採取残渣、極性
溶媒で抽出したオレオレジン及びその抽出残渣並びに非
極性溶媒で抽出したオレオレジン及びその抽出残渣から
選ばれる原料を超臨界状態の二酸化炭素からなる流体で
抽出処理した抽出残渣である請求項1、2又は3記載の
製造方法。
