Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a uniform heating of a discharging and purifying device and to make a high efficient purification of oil mist and odor generated from a food by a method wherein a discharging and purifying device having a plurality of passing openings to cause the discharged gas to be passed and purified, and a discharging and purifying device heating system arranged within a groove installed in a wall between the openings from a surface not opposing to the heating chamber of the discharging and purifying device are provided. CONSTITUTION:A discharging and purifying device 14 is installed in a discharging guide 13 for use in guiding the smoke or odor generated in a heating chamber 3 into the outside of a main body 11. ように、排気浄化装置を加熱することにより排煙の浄化
を効果的に行うようにしている。第3図はこのような従
来の排気浄化装置を有する加熱調理器の一例を示す断面
図である。本図の加熱調理器lは食品2を加熱室3内で
加熱調理する状態を示しており、加熱室3の前面にはド
ア4が開閉自在に設けられている。加熱室3の内部には
加熱装置5が設けられ食品7ti置台6上に食品2が載
置されている。そして加熱室3外の上部には加熱室3が
生じる油煙や臭気等を加熱調理器本体1外に導くための
排気ガイド8が設けられる.排気ガイド8内には油煙2
臭気等を浄化するため、触媒を有する浄化装置9と、浄
化装置9の触媒作用を生じさせるため加熱する排気浄化
装置用ヒータ10とが設けられている。

化された排気を排気ガイドから本体外に強制排気させる
排気手段とを具備するこどを特徴とするものである。

す断面図であり、前述した従来例と同一部分は同一符号
を用いて示している。さて本実施例では加熱調理器本体
11内に食晶2を収納して加熱調理する加熱室3を設け
、加熱室3の前面には開閉自在なドア4を設けている。

を高めることができる。又排気浄化装置用ヒータを配し
た面と加熱室とを対向させないようにしているため、食
品から生じる油煙,臭気等の中に排気浄化装置用ヒータ
が商出することがない。従って排気浄化装置用ヒータは
腐食等が生じるといった恐れがなく、耐久性の高い加熱
装置にすることができる。又徘気浄化装置用ヒータは排
気浄化装置の開口部間のわずかな壁間に溝を設けて配設
しているために開口部を大きくすることができ、これに
よって食品がら生じる油煙.臭気等が加熱室から排出さ
れずに残ることがなく、確実に加熱室内の空気を本体外
に排出することができる。更に加熱室の排気口と排気浄
化装置用ヒータが対向していないためにこの加熱室の排
気口を通して排気浄化装置用ヒータは絶縁された構戒と
なっており、使用者が誤って排気口に金属棒を差し込ん
でも感電するといった危険性は全くなく極めて安全性の
高いものである。
