    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一階部と二階部とをプレキヤスト鉄筋コンクリ
    ート部材により組立ててなるプレハブ住宅におい
    て、二階部を構成する壁板パネルの頂部を鉄骨製
    の臥梁で連結するとともに、この鉄骨臥梁の上部
    にデツキプレートと場所打ちコンクリートとによ
    る合成床を設け、その上部に鉄骨構造による三階
    部と屋根部を形成したことを特徴とする三階建プ
    レハブ住宅。
