- プリント板上のパターンに電気部品の端子に予
め予備半田を設けて、該端子とパターンとを半田
付けするようにした電気部品の予備半田構造にお
いて、内部にクリーム状の半田を封入したマイク
ロカプセルを形成し、このマイクロカプセルを上
記電気部品の端子の面に多数付着して成ることを
特徴とする電気部品の予備半田構造。
