  1. 被測定試料を一定量採取する試料採取弁と、第
    １〜第４の接続口を有し内部流路が交互に切換ら
    れる第１切換弁と、該切換弁の第２接続口と第４
    接続口の間に配設されたキヤピラリーカラムと、
    該キヤピラリーカラムと略同一の流体抵抗を有す
    るレストリクタと、前記第１切換弁の第２接続口
    とキヤピラリーカラムの間に配設され流体の一部
    を排気するスプリツターと、第１乃至第４の接続
    口を有し内部流路が交互に切換えられる第２切換
    弁と、前記第１切換弁の第３接続口に接続された
    検出器を具備することを特徴とするプロセスガス
    クロマトグラフ。
