Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定ガスを収容するガス抽出室とエアポンプ
とを循環する経路に設けた第１のガス通流用配管
に活性ガスセンサを介挿し、該活性ガスセンサを
迂回する経路に設けた第２のガス通流用配管に不
活性ガスセンサを介挿し、前記第１および第２の
ガス通流用配管の交点に、ガスの通流経路を切換
える切換回路を設け、 前記不活性ガスセンサ側にガスを循環させて不
活性ガス量の測定を行つた後、ガスの通流経路を
切換え、活性ガスセンサ側にガスを循環させて活
性ガス量の測定を行うことを特徴とするガス検出
装置。
