  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入出力ポートが形成された固定コア； 該固定コアを取り巻くように配設されたコイル
    ボビン； 該コイルボビン内に摺動自在に挿嵌されて前記
    固定コアの出力ポートに対向するように配設され
    た可動コア； 前記可動コアに固着されて前記固定コアの出力
    ポートの開閉を制御する弁部材；ならびに、 前記可動コアの移動を規制する側板を有する電
    磁弁装置において、 前記弁部材を非磁性金属材料から形成するとと
    もに、この弁部材を硬化処理したことを特徴とす
    る電磁弁装置。 (2) 入出力ポートが形成された固定コア； 該固定コアを取り巻くように配設されたコイル
    ボビン； 該コイルボビン内に摺動自在に挿嵌されて前記
    固定コアの出力ポートに対向するように配設され
    た可動コア； 前記可動コアに固着されて前記固定コアの出力
    ポートの開閉を制御する弁部材；ならびに、 前記可動コアの移動を規制する側板を有する電
    磁弁装置において、 前記弁部材の前記可動コアの着座部に非磁性金
    属材料から形成される弁座部材を固着して、この
    弁座部材を硬化処理したことを特徴とする電磁弁
    装置。
