Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency by a method wherein an underground soil cement column is placed perpendicularly into the ground from the earth surface and a long steel column is inserted therein along thereto from the upper end face thereof, and the soil cement column is hardened afterward with the front end of the steel column projecting a specified length above the soil cement column. CONSTITUTION:A hole 2a is dug with an earth auger perpendicularly into the earth 2 and cement milk is poured therein and an H shape steel column 3 is erected thereto with its upper part projecting a specified length above the surface of a soil cement column 1 while the column is still unhardened, then a steel footing 4 is constructed therewith after the hardening.
