Since curved plate glass is manufactured by thermally deforming flat glass, its shape and surface precision are worse than that of flat glass. For this reason, when curved plate glass is inserted into an injection mold and the mold is clamped, if the pressing surface of the mold and the surface of the glass do not match, it is likely to break. To avoid this, lowering the mold clamping pressure will cause Burrs are more likely to occur.

In the present invention, injection molding is performed with the inner periphery of the cavity located outside the inner periphery of the colored layer on both the front and back sides, so even if burrs occur, they are located in the colored layer, and burrs that occur on the back side are located outside the inner periphery of the colored layer. Since the burrs are blocked by the colored layer and cannot be seen visually, and the burrs generated on the front side are not noticeable, there is no need to remove small burrs, and large burrs do not need to be completely removed.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the inner periphery of the adhesive layer is formed to match the inner periphery of the frame material, but in the present invention, the inner periphery of the adhesive layer is formed outside the inner periphery of the colored layer. Even if the adhesive layer protrudes from the surface, the parting line on the back side is blocked and the parting line on the front side is not noticeable, so the accuracy of the parting line when forming the adhesive layer does not need to be high.
