Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１のブラインの温度を調整して第１のブライ
    ン回路に循環させるセンターヒートポンプユニツ
    トと、第１のブライン回路と熱交換連結されてい
    て空調を行う端末空調ユニツトと、クーリングタ
    ワーを介在させた第２のブライン回路に熱交換連
    結されていて冷却を行うヒートポンプ式の冷蔵装
    置とを備えた空調システムにおいて、 前記第１のブライン回路と第２のブライン回路
    とをブライン熱交換器によつて熱交換連結し、 第１の三方弁を介して前記ブライン熱交換器と
    並列に前記第２のブライン回路を分岐させた第１
    の分岐回路と、第２の三方弁を介して前記クーリ
    ングタワーと並列に前記第２のブライン回路を分
    岐させた第２の分岐回路とを設け、 前記第１の三方弁を前記第１の分岐回路側に切
    替えると共に前記第２の三方弁を前記クーリング
    タワー側に切替えて冷蔵装置を冷却運転させ、第
    １のブラインの温度が設定された上限値を越えた
    とき前記第１の三方弁を前記ブライン熱交換器側
    に切替えると共に前記第２の三方弁を前記第２の
    分岐回路側に切替えて冷蔵装置を除霜運転させる
    制御装置を備えた、 ことを特徴とする空調システム。
