Abstract

PURPOSE:To always secure the stable transmission of the continuous change information on the using state of a position indicator by using a capacitor having its capacity value changing almost continuously in accordance with operations. CONSTITUTION:A tuning circuit 9 is constituted of a coil 3, a chip capacitor 8, and a pressure variable capacitor 6. The capacitor 6 includes the electrodes 11 and 12, a dielectric body 13, and the elastic bodies 14 and 15. The electrodes 11 and 12 are produced by vapor-depositing the copper on a polyimide film having the 7.5 mum thickness. The dielectric body 13 uses a polyimide film having the 7.5 mum thickness and a 3.5 specific dielectric constant in a 6.1 mm diameter. The elastic bodies 14 and 15 use the silicone rubber and function to slowly transmit the pressure or the displacement applied from outside to both electrodes 11 and 12 as well as to the body 13. In such a constitution, about the 40pF capacity is logically secured with the 84.7pF capacity and with the 500g pressure applied in a state where no displacement is applied at all.
