(Prior Art) Various types of flocked fabrics have been developed and proposed for use in flocked products, and decorative fabrics are also available, for example, by flocking designs or patterns into desired shapes by flocking or heat transfer flocking. Those that have been used are publicly known. For these flocked products, adhesive is generally applied onto the base material in the desired shape, and then the flocked piles are planted and fixed onto the adhesive layer by methods such as scattering, spraying, or static electricity. It is manufactured by Yotsu. Furthermore, flocked fabrics using thermal transfer method (Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-51753, Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-45388, etc.), flocked bodies using pressure-sensitive adhesive layer or hot melt resin powder (Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-2071, Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-2071, No. 58-169584, No. 59-71491, etc.) have been proposed.

However, if the flocked pile is used for decoration and requires beauty in terms of aesthetics, the flocked pile itself is beautiful, and the flocked pile should be implanted using something that is beautiful in itself and has transparency or reflective functions, for example, a metal-deposited film. There is a desire for flocked products such as flocked sheets, etc. However, in conventional flocked products, the flocked members often fall off, making it difficult to maintain their beauty over a long period of time.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventionally, metal-deposited colored films made by vapor-depositing aluminum or the like onto polyester resin films, etc., used for decorative purposes have a beautiful appearance and are transparent, making them suitable for decorative purposes. . However, since it consists of a rectangular or circular thin layered body and is subjected to a metal vapor deposition process, it is difficult to use the electrostatic flocking method.

As a result of various studies regarding the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors provided a water-soluble adhesive layer on a releasable base material, temporarily planted a metal vapor-deposited colored film, etc. on the surface of the adhesive layer, and further This is brought into contact with a heat-sealable adhesive layer made of a hot-melt resin having a melting point lower than that of at least a metal vapor-deposited colored film, etc., heated and pressed, and then inverted onto the adhesive layer to be fixed, and then immersed in an aqueous solution. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that by dissolving and removing the water-soluble adhesive layer and then peeling off the releasable base material, a firmly implanted flocked fabric useful for decorative purposes could be obtained.

The present invention includes a water-soluble adhesive layer on a releasable base material,
A temporary planting layer is provided on the surface of the adhesive layer in which a flocked thin layer is temporarily adhered, and the temporary planting layer is temporarily planted on a heat-sealing adhesive layer formed from a hot melt type resin having a melting point lower than that of the flocked thin layer. The layers are brought into contact and heat-pressed,
The flocked thin layer body is invertedly planted and fixed on a heat-fusion adhesive layer, and the water-soluble adhesive layer is dissolved and removed by immersion in an aqueous solution, and then the releasable base material is peeled off. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a decorative flocked fabric and a method for producing the same. Another object of the present invention is to produce a flocked product at a low cost and which can be used for a long period of time by preventing the flocking members from falling off, without requiring any complicated processes or operations, and by an industrially advantageous means. The reason is that it can be manufactured using

FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a decorative flocked fabric according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a releasable base material on which a flocked thin layer body is temporarily planted. In FIG. 1, a flocked thin layer 4 is firmly implanted and fixed on one side of the heat-fusion adhesive layer 6, and as shown in FIG. A temporary planting layer 5 in which a flocked thin layer body 4 is temporarily planted is formed on one side of the material 2. Next, a heat-sealable adhesive layer 6, which is a sheet or film made of a hot-melt resin having a melting point lower than that of the flocked thin layer 4, is brought into contact with the temporary planting layer 5, heated and pressed, and is implanted into the temporary planting layer 5. The flocked thin layer body 4 thus provided is temporarily transferred and fixed to the heat-sealing adhesive layer 6 for implantation.

Next, in the present invention, the hot-melt resin forming the heat-adhesive adhesive layer 6 is a resin that can be attached by heating and pressurizing, such as vinyl acetate copolymer resin, vinyl chloride resin, etc. Polyolefin resins such as polyethylene resins, polyamide resins, and other materials used for hot melt adhesives are used. Further, the heat-fusion adhesive layer 6 may be a single layer of hot-melt resin or a laminate of two or more of these, such as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and a polyamide resin. Furthermore, since the adhesive layer 6 serves as a base on which the flocked thin layer body 4 such as a metal vapor-deposited colored film is implanted as a top layer of the flocked fabric when it is made into a product, it is not transparent. By coloring and making it transparent using dyes or pigments, in addition to the beauty of the flocked thin layer body 4 itself, it is possible to reveal the splendor that is combined with the transparency of the flocked fabric. can.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, a flocked thin layer body is temporarily planted on a releasable base material provided with a water-soluble adhesive layer, and the flocked thin layer body is heated and pressed onto the heat-sealing adhesive layer and then reversely implanted. Since the water-soluble adhesive layer is dissolved and removed after tightening, it is possible to obtain a flocked fabric in which a flocked thin layer such as a metal-deposited polyester film is firmly planted without requiring complicated processes or operations. It prevents shedding and peeling, and can be used as a decorative flocked fabric for a long period of time.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A water-soluble adhesive layer is provided on a releasable base material, and a temporary planting layer in which a flocked thin layer body is temporarily adhered to the surface of the adhesive layer, and the flocked thin layer body is temporarily attached to the surface of the adhesive layer. A temporary planting layer is brought into contact with a heat-sealing adhesive layer formed from a hot-melt resin with a lower melting point and heat-pressed, and the flocked thin layer is inverted and planted on the heat-sealing adhesive layer. A decorative flocked fabric characterized in that, after being fixed, the water-soluble adhesive layer is dissolved and removed, and the releasable base material is peeled off. 2. The flocked fabric according to claim 1, wherein the flocked thin layer is a metallized colored film. 3. The flocked fabric according to claim 1, wherein the heat-fusion adhesive layer is a hot-melt resin sheet. 4 In the first step, a water-soluble adhesive layer is provided on the releasable base material, and further, a temporary planting layer is provided on the surface of the adhesive layer, in which the flocked thin layer is temporarily adhered, and in the second step, the A heat-sealing adhesive layer made of a hot-melt resin having a melting point lower than that of the flocked thin layer body is formed, and then, in a third step, the temporary planting layer is brought into contact with the adhesive layer and bonded by heat and pressure. , the flocked thin layer body is invertedly planted on the heat-sealing adhesive layer to fix it, and in a fourth step, it is immersed in an aqueous solution to dissolve and remove the water-soluble adhesive layer, and then the releasable base material A method for producing a decorative flocked fabric, which comprises peeling off. 5. The manufacturing method according to claim 4, wherein the heat-fusible adhesive layer is formed into a sheet or film using a T-die machine.
