らあるチヤツクに僅かな加工を施こすだけで、少
しも把持力を損うことなく、簡単に注油できるよ

ヤツク本体の軸線に対して傾斜する軸線をもつて
保持されるニードルローラとからなり、チヤツク
筒の先端からニードルローラとの接触部を越えて
中空穴を多数平行に穿設したニードルローラ式チ
ヤツクにおいて、本体に給油装置を嵌挿し、前記
中空穴の1ないし数本と給油リングの給油穴と連
通させて給油穴を兼ねさせたものである。かかる
構造のため、中空穴の一部と給油装置の給油穴と
を連通させるだけで格別の装置がなくても注油が
可能であり、切刃のチツピングを防止できるので
加工面粗度がきわめて良好となり、加工部分に変
化が多くても、それに十分な給油ができる。しか
も、工具の把持力は少しも落ちることはないので
ある。さらに構造が簡単であるので高精度の加工
が可能であるにも拘らず、低廉であるなど、多く

給油装置10は円筒部4に嵌挿され、給油リング
11に給油ねじ穴12を穿設し内周両端に環状の
段部13を形成し、該段部13にオイルシール1
4を嵌入してある。押え金15を給油リング11
の両端にボルト16により固定すると、オイルシ
ール14も固定される。かかる構造の給油装置1
0を円筒部4に嵌入し、給油ねじ穴12と横穴9
の位置を合わせスナツプリング17で軸方向の移
動を止める。給油装置10内で円筒部4は自在に
回転することができる。又給油装置10と円筒部
4の間に環状の油溝18ができる。円筒部5には
多数のニードルローラ19がチヤツク本体1の軸
線に対して傾斜した軸線をもつて配置され、該ニ
ードルローラを介して回動軸20が回動可能に乾
燥されている、シヤンク挿入穴21に工具シヤン
クを直接挿入するか、コレツトに工具シヤンクを
入れたものを挿入して、回動筒20を回転させ、
工具を直接又はコレツトを介して工具をシヤンク
