振動切削ユニツトと超音波発振回路との接続配線
を行なつたことを特徴とする超音波振動切削装置
。 (2) 請求項1記載の超音波振動切削装置におい
て、 上記タレツト刃物台の複数の超音波振動切削ユ
ニツトを装着し、 かつ、上記タレツト刃物台の回転支軸に可動接
点板を設けるとともに、上記超音波振動切削ユニ
ツトの装着されるタレツト刃物台の工具装着部に
対応して上記可動接点板に複数組の可動接点を配
設し、 さらに、加工ステーシヨンに割出された超音波
振動切削ユニツトに対応した可動接点に接触する
一組の固定接点を有する固定接点部材を設けたこ
とを特徴とする超音波振動切削装置。 (3) 上記請求項1または2記載の超音波振動切

回路との間の断線を検出する断線検出回路を設け
