Abstract

PURPOSE:To drastically decrease washing operations by providing guide chutes on both sides in the lower part of a hopper and curving the upper part of the guide chutes. CONSTITUTION:The guide chutes 4 are provided below the hopper 2 and test tubes 1 successively enter the inside of the guide chutes 4. Plural rotary brushes 5 are provided on both sides of the guide chutes 4 and while washing water is put onto the test tubes 1 from nozzles 6, the brushes 5 is rotated to wash the outer peripheries of the test tubes 1. The axial brushes 12 are inserted into the test tubes 1 from the side to wash the inner peripheries of the test tubes 1. A receiving plate 13 is provided on the lower side of a rotary drum 10 in proximity thereto. The test tubes 1 are received on the receiving plate 13 and are dropped onto a housing tray 14 at the point where the receiving plate 13 disengages. The cracking of the test tubes is prevented in this way.

(Prior art) A large number of test tubes are put into a hopper, and while the test tubes are guided through guide chutes on both sides provided at the bottom of the hopper and dropped one by one, the outer periphery of the test tubes is cleaned using rotating brushes provided on both sides of the guide chutes. After washing, drop the test tubes one by one into the groove of the rotating drum from the lower end of the guide chute and hold them with a presser piece.
There is one that inserts a shaft brush into the test tube to clean the inner periphery. For example, see Utility Model Publication No. 56-49959.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Test tubes are used in large quantities in physical and chemical laboratories, hospitals, and the like. If these can be automatically cleaned using a cleaning device, cleaning work can be significantly reduced. By the way, test tubes vary in size and thickness depending on the manufacturer. Also, in order to see through the inside, it is thin and fragile. For this reason, there is an inconvenience that it will break if a little strong force is applied. Especially if you put a lot of test tubes into the hopper.
An excessive load is applied to the test tubes in the lower guide chute portion, the test tubes are twisted, and some of the test tubes fall vertically from the hopper into the guide chute and break. Furthermore, since some of the test tubes in the rotating drum part have different thicknesses, there is an inconvenience that cracking may occur if the test tubes are pressed too hard. For this reason, in order to automatically wash test tubes, choose test tubes that are as similar in size as possible, and do not put too many test tubes into the hopper at once, but instead add them little by little as needed for washing. There are problems such as cracks that can occur if someone is not present to clean them.

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a test tube cleaning device that can prevent excessive force from being applied to test tubes in a guide chute and prevent test tubes from cracking.

(Means for solving !Ilj!) In order to achieve the above object, the test tube cleaning device of the present invention has a guide in which wires are arranged horizontally at appropriate intervals on both sides of the lower part of the hopper into which the test tubes are introduced. A chute is provided so that the test tube descends while being guided by guide chutes on both sides.
The distance between the guide chutes on both sides is narrowed to a width that prevents two test tubes from being lined up side by side, and the upper parts of the guide chutes on both sides are curved and meandering. Guide chutes with wires lined up horizontally at appropriate intervals are provided on both sides of the bottom of the hopper into which the test tubes are introduced, so that the test tubes are guided by the guide chutes on both sides and descend. A plurality of rotating brushes are provided to clean the outer periphery of the test tube, and some of the rotating brushes are partially cut out to form an occluded circle shape.

(Function) The guide chutes on both sides provided at the bottom of the hopper are curved and have meandering tops, so even if many test tubes are thrown into the hopper, the test tubes at the entrance of the guide chutes will not fit. It can be lowered into the guide chute in sequence without applying any load or cracking. The chutes on both sides are wide enough to prevent two test tubes from being lined up side by side, and are narrower at the bottom, so test tubes can mesh with each other and cause excessive force to be applied or twist. This prevents cracking. By using rotary brushes provided on both outsides of the guide chute with a partially cut-off circular cross section, it is possible to take a break from continuously rubbing the test tubes. In this way, by moving the body, you stop pushing the test tube to one side and appropriately rest the unreasonable force that would cause the test tube to become entangled, so you can avoid applying unreasonable force to the test tube. This prevents cracks from occurring.

Below the hopper 2, guide chutes 4 are provided on both sides, and the test tubes 1 are sequentially introduced into the guide chutes 4. The guide chute 4 is made by arranging wires horizontally at appropriate intervals. A plurality of rotating brushes 5 are provided on both sides of the guide chute 4, and the rotating brushes 5 rotate while spraying running water onto the test tube l from a nozzle 6 to clean the outer periphery of the test tube l. A feed-out piece 7 is provided at the lower end of the guide chute 4, and the feed-out piece 7 intermittently slides back and forth laterally, and the feed-out piece 7 feeds out the test tubes 1 at the lower end of the guide chute 4 one by one to the drop-in port 8.

A rotating drum 10 having a large number of grooves 9 on its outer periphery is provided below the droplet 8. When the test tubes 1 falling from the droplet 8 are received in the grooves 9, the drums are intermittently moved to a predetermined position. It rotates sequentially by rotating the angle.

As the rotary drum 10 rotates, there are three holding pieces 11 on the sides, and the receiver holds the test tube 1 in the groove 9, and inserts the shaft brush 12 into the test tube 1 from the side to perform the test. Clean the inner circumference on the tube. A receiving plate 13 is provided adjacent to the lower side of the rotating drum 10, and the test tube 1 is received by the receiving plate 13, and is dropped into a storage tray 14 at a place where the receiving plate 13 comes off.

Therefore, as shown in detail in FIGS. 2 and 3, the present invention has two test tubes 1 formed by forming the guide chutes 4 on both sides by arranging wires horizontally at appropriate intervals. The guide chutes 4 are narrower in width than two that are not lined up side by side, and are formed with a narrow tip, and the upper portions of the guide chutes 4 on both sides are curved to form a meandering passage. In addition, two rotating brushes 5 are provided on both sides of the guide chute 4, two on the right side and one on the left side. Of these, the two rotating brushes 5 on the right side are partially cut out to make a cross section. It has a missing circle shape 15.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, since the present invention is configured as described above, the upper part of the guide chute on both sides is curved to form a meandering passage, so that it is possible to put many test tubes into the hopper. Also, the load from above does not concentrate on the test tube at the entrance of the guide chute. In addition, the guide chutes on both sides are made narrower than the width of the two thin test tubes to prevent the two test tubes from being lined up side by side, so the test tubes may engage or twist without the guide chutes. This prevents cracking and damage. Of the rotating brushes placed on both sides of the guide chute, some of the brushes are partially cut out to have a circular cross section, so the test tubes are not continuously rubbed and can be rested. . This prevents the test tube from being pushed to one side or being rolled in, and stops the force being applied to the test tube, eliminating the need to apply excessive force to the test tube and preventing it from breaking can. In this way, even if a large number of test tubes are put into the hopper at once, no test tubes will break, saving labor and reducing damage due to breakage.
