ラストワツシヤの有無を自動的に検査し得るよう

該セツト治具に先端にナツトをセツト自在なソケ
ツトを設けると共に、該昇降台に、これに連動し
て昇降自在で且つ該昇降台に対し昇降自在な取付
板を介し該ソケツトに接続自在なナツトランナを
設け、更に該機枠に、該コンロツドの垂下方向の
中心線が該ピストンの軸線に合致するように該コ
ンロツドをピストンピンの軸方向に位置決めする
位置決め手段と、該シリンダブロツクの各軸支部
に取付けたメタル又は/及び該大端部に取付けた
メタルの有無を検出するメタル検出器と、該クラ

ツドレスシリンダ44の作動によるクランクシヤ
フトDの軸方向側方の退去位置からシリンダブロ
ツクA側への進退動が与えられるようにした。

く確実に組付けることができ、又メタル検出器及
びワツシヤ検出具により軸支部のメタルや大端部
のメタル及びスラストワツシヤの有無を自動的に
検査できて、これらメタルやスラストワツシヤの
装着忘れを確実に阻止できる効果を有する。

置において、該セツト治具に先端にナツトをセツ
ト自在なソケツトを設けると共に、該昇降台に、
これに連動して昇降動自在で且つ該昇降台に対し
昇降動自在な取付板を介して該ソケツトに接続自
在なナツトランナを設け、更に該機枠に、該コン
ロツドの垂下方向の中心線が該ピストンの軸線に
合致するように該コンロツドをピストンピンの軸

ブロツクの各軸支部に取付けたメタル又は/及び

ストワツシヤの有無を検出するワツシヤ検出具と
