本考案は車両用のシートクツシヨンパツドに関

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)

悪く、設備費用が高価であつた。(2)のチツプウレ
タンモールドの場合は、重量が重くなることがあ
つた。(3)のスラブウレタン場合は、外観が悪く、

してあるため、簡易工程により短時間で、かつ低
コストで、軽量で、外観の仕上がりが良いシート
クツシヨンパツドを成形し、車両用シートフレー
ムおよびシートスプリングにフイツトさせること
