Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a processing speed by providing a magazine conveying means which conveys simultaneously a row of magazines separated from a magazine stocker to positions whereat they are clamped by a magazine inclining means.
CONSTITUTION: In the present supplying equipment, a magazine inclining means 30 is restored to a horizontal state when IC devices are taken out completely from all magazines. At the time when the magazine inclining means 30 is put in the horizontal state and clamping is released, a magazine conveying means 20 is moved toward a magazine clamping position. Then empty magazines located on a stage 58 are pushed by the conveying means 20 and dropped into an empty magazine discharge port 59 to be discharged, while fresh magazines are moved to the clamping position. By repeating the same operation, a processing speed can be improved as a whole.
