Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent surplus injection of high pressure washing water by providing an injection fluid jet port, which injects fluid supplied by an injection fluid supply path provided in a valve rod positioned in the turning center shaft of a butterfly valve unit, in a manner wherein the jet port is closed in a condition that the valve unit is seated in a valve seat.
CONSTITUTION: An injection fluid supply path 7, which circulates high pressure washing water for serving as injection fluid supplied from a supply source, is provided in the center part of a valve rod 4. While an injection fluid centripetal guide part 8, which guides the high pressure washing water to a valve unit central part 3b, and an injection fluid centrifugal guide part 9, which guides the high pressure washing water from the valve unit central part 3b to the periphery of a valve unit 3, are formd in the valve unit 3. A jet port 10, which jets the injection fluid supplied by the supply path 7, is formed in the point end part of the centrifugal guide part 9. Further the jet port 10 is closed in a condition that the valve unit 3 is seated in a valve seat 6. Thus, waste consumption of the injection fluid is prevented.
