が望ましいが、一般にその接合は現場溶接による
のが主であつた。しかし、現場溶接は施工管理を
充分確実に行う必要があるうえ、溶接する人の熟
練が必要であるという問題がある。

ができ、確実なボルト接合が期待できることか

mmφが用いられる。以上の接合金物Aを工場溶接
により角形鋼管からなる下柱4aの頂部にあらか
じめ溶接9により接合して設けておく。現場では
下柱4aを設置した後、この接合金物Aの基部1
の側面にI形鋼からなる鉄骨梁5の端板5aを突
き合わせて重ね、端板5aのボルト挿通孔5bを
通つて、高力ボルト6をねじ孔3に螺合して鉄骨
梁5が接合される。この場合、肉厚を高力ボルト
径に略等しいことが効果的な鉄骨梁の剛な接合を
期待できる。柱となる部材の角形鋼管の肉厚は低
層の建物の場合では2〜10mmの肉厚が用いられ
る。一方、角形鋼管からなる上柱4bの下部に
は、第4図に示すようにあらかじめスリツト8a
を各隅角部に、また、第2図に示すようにボルト
挿通孔が側面に設けてある。また、スリツトは上
