Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the transport of a garret living room to a building site and the installation of the room there by composing the garret living room of two units, or a box-like garret living room unit and angular-cross-sectioned garret roof unit, and interconnecting the units.
CONSTITUTION: A garret living room unit is composed of four pillars 14 and a lower beam 15, and a plate-like connecting fitting 16 is mounted on the upper end of the pillar 14. A garret roof unit 2 is composed of unit frame 23 formed of a frame beam 20, rising beam 21 and main building 22. A rafter panel 30 assembled with a plurality of rafters 31 in the form of a panel or glass panel is mounted to the unit frame 23. These units 1, 2 and the like are transported to a site, and connecting fittings 16 are connected to the upper end of the pillar 14 of the garret unit 1 and the lower end of the rising beam 21 of the garret roof unit 2 to complete the garret living room. Thus, the transportation and installation can be facilitated.
