Claims (1)
- 絶縁材からなる基板の表面に該表面に仮固定さ
れる電子部品の端子を接続するための第１の導体
パターンを備えると共に、基板の表面に装着され
る電子部品のリード端子をスルーホールを介して
接続するための第２の導体パターンを基板内部に
備えたプリントボードにおいて、前記第１の導体
パターンに接続される発熱量の大きい電子部品の
装着部分に対向する部分に第２の導体パターンに
よつて受熱部を形成すると共に、該受熱部と基板
の表面とを結ぶ熱伝導用のスルーホールを形成し
てなり、前記受熱部で受けた熱を前記スルーホー
ルを介して基板の表面に配設された放熱板に伝導
するようにしたことを特徴とするプリントボード
。
