Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare a dished food servable without necessitating dishing labor and having good appearance suitable for sale by filling foods in a vessel in an order reverse to the dishing order and sealing the vessel with a lid. CONSTITUTION:Foods are filled in a transparent or translucent vessel in an order reverse to the dishing order. The opening of the vessel is sealed with a lid optionally formed in the form of a dish and preferably an easy-open lid. The foods can be served in the normal dishing order simply by peeling the lid from the vessel to open the vessel, turning the vessel upside down and transferring the foods to another vessel.

Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a packaged food that does not take much time to plate and has a good appearance when sold, and a method for packaging the same.

In the case of a container whose bottom cannot be easily cut open due to its molded shape, there is a problem in that it cannot be implemented.

The purpose of the present invention is to propose a method for filling and packaging food in a container whose bottom cannot be cut open in such a way that packaging can be omitted, and a special type of food packaged in this way.

[Means for solving the problem] The technical means proposed to achieve the above objective are as follows.

(1) A method for packaging a plated food, in which a transparent or translucent container is filled with food in the reverse order of the serving order, and then a lid material is sealed on the mouth of the container filled with the food to seal it.

(2) A plated food made by filling a transparent or translucent container with food in the reverse order of the serving order, and then sealing the mouth of the container with an easy-open lid.

In the above means, the container may be made of any material such as plastic, aluminum, hard paper, etc., and an appropriate material is selected from these materials depending on the food to be filled.

The shape is also free, but since it is sometimes necessary to turn the container upside down and allow it to fall naturally (open), the inner surface may be tapered, such as a dome shape, an inverted cone shape, or an inverted pyramid shape. The one with the following is the best.
