Claims (1)
- 筒状容器の一側にインレツトパイプを開口し、
他側にアウトレツトパイプを開口するとともに、
前記筒状容器内に金属製の波板と平板とからなる
触媒担体を収容してなる金属触媒コンバータにお
いて、前記触媒担体を、多数の小孔が形成される
穴あきパイプの外周に、多数の小孔が形成される
波板および平板を重ね多重に巻回して形成すると
ともに、前記穴あきパイプの前側および後側、ま
たは、穴あきパイプ内に所定間隔を置いて前側仕
切板および後側仕切板を配置し、前側仕切板の前
方に前側空間部を形成し、後側仕切板の後方に後
側空間部を形成してなることを特徴とする金属触
媒コンバータ。
