Abstract

PURPOSE: To drain excessive water of concrete to a form foot part from a dehydration form by arranging each form with gap on an excavated wall surface and pressurizing the form by way of force-feeding and filling fresh concrete in the gap sealed on its end part.
CONSTITUTION: A dehydration form 15 with a permeable sheet 13 and a drain sheet 14 laminated is provided free to follow the movement of a permeable form. Permeable forms 8, 9, 10 are arranged with a gap 19 on an excavated wall surface 18 by way of expanding expansion rods 6a, 7a, 11a of each of directional jacks 6, 7 and a slide jack 11 of a permeable form device 1 on a mobile carriage 3. A concrete placing pipe 12b of a concrete pump car is connected to a concrete placing pipe 12a by way of applying an end stop member 20 to seal the gap 19 of the end part so that fresh concrete 22 is force-fed and pressurized to fill a space of a natural ground 23 and additionally these forms are pressurized to drain excessive water to a form foot part from a drain sheet recessed part 14a. After required strength is obtained, each rod recedes, slide forms 10 are got into a wing form 9, and the dehydration form 15 is made to follow and recede, too. Consequently, it is possible to improve workability of primary lining as well as to remove the forms at an early time.
