As described above, the ampules and other conveying devices shown in the above embodiments have a simple structure, are easy to clean, and are extremely easy to maintain cleanliness as a pharmaceutical manufacturing device. Since the space for the device is extremely small and the number of parts that move together with the moving body is small, there is a large degree of freedom in arranging various equipment parts other than the conveying area around the conveying range, and the vacuum path components can also be connected to the moving body. Since it is disposed at a lower position, it is extremely effective in designing a production line, such as in a clean state and in a clean atmosphere.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the conveying device for ampules and the like of the present invention forms a hole on the surface of the moving body on which the object to be conveyed is placed, and one end of the hole is connected to the fixed vacuum path component. It has a simple configuration in which the conveyed object is communicated with the conveyor, and the conveyed object is held by suction on the mounting surface of the moving body, so the conveyed object is held without direct contact except for the bottom of the conveyed object. In this state, it can be transported by a moving body. In this way, the upper part, lower part (or upper and lower parts), sides, etc. of the cylindrical object to be transported, such as an ampoule, are not hidden, so the entire object (whole shape) can be seen through at once. This eliminates the possibility that an object other than the object to be inspected will enter the field of view and make inspection difficult, and the inspection mechanism etc. can be simplified.
