Side walls 13 and 23 are respectively provided which are curved, lower ends 14 and 24 of the recesses 12 and 22 are located outwardly than the ends 11 and 21, and support legs 15 are provided below the lower ends 14 and 24. 25 are provided, respectively, and the floor panels A and B are butted against each other at the outer surfaces of the support legs 15 and 25. FIG. 2 shows the fixture 3, which has two clamping pieces 32, 32 facing each other on the surface of the board 31, which are inclined upward toward the center of the board 31 and have a strong elastic restoring force. It is provided. The two support legs 15, 25 which are abutted around the peripheries of the clamping pieces 32, 32 of the fixture 3 are strongly clamped by the clamping pieces 32, 32. Furthermore, the grooves formed by the recesses 12 and 22 of the floor panels A and B are compressed and filled with an elastic waterproofing material 4 having a cross-sectional area larger than the cross-sectional area of the grooves.

Since the support legs 15 and 25 are in strong pressure contact, the support legs do not separate from each other, and the elastic waterproof material 4 is placed in the groove formed by the recesses 12 and 22 of the side walls 13 and 23.
When it is compressed and filled, the elastic waterproofing material 4 comes into close contact with the inner surface of the groove, and the waterproofness becomes complete.
