CONSTITUTION:When a raw-material quantity determining test signal is inputted through ten keys 6, a raw material motor 8 is rotated through an I/O element 5. A raw-material discharging rod 10 is rotated and the raw material 11 is discharged. The signal from a pressure sensor 7 which receives the amount of the discharge is inputted into a CPU 3 through an AD converter 4. The raw material 11 dropped on the sensor 7 is measured. The measured value is stored in a RAM 2 as the discharged amount. In this way, the manual working loads can be largely decreased, and the measuring errors by human operators can be eliminated.
