Abstract

PURPOSE:To certainly integrate a three-dimensional pattern, a base plate and a decorative film and to enhance weatherability and water resistance by providing an intermediate layer by covering the surface having the three-dimensional pattern with an ultraviolet cured film without damaging the unevenness of the three-dimensional pattern and forming the baking type decorative film on the intermediate layer simultaneously with the formation of the intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:Three-dimensional patterns 3 due to emboss printing are applied to at least one surface of a base plate 2 composed of a thin metal plate and an intermediate layer 6 is provided on the base plate 2 by covering the entire surface thereof with an ultraviolet cured film. Next, a baking type decorative film 7 is applied to the intermediate layer 6 to obtain a decorative metal plate 1 having arbitrary patterns with a three-dimensional feeling and not limited by the patterns 3 and improved in the weatherability, corrosion resistance and processability of the decorative surface thereof to a large extent.

In addition, printed steel plates have patterns printed on them, but the decorative surface is flat, which only improves the above-mentioned drawbacks when viewed from a near-sighted distance. is known for its embossed decorative metal plates. However, with this embossing process, the shape of the pattern is severely limited due to the deformation of the plate material such as distortion or twisting due to the material of the embossing roll and the thin metal plate, and the depth of the embossing cannot be formed very deep, resulting in a three-dimensional effect. There was a disadvantage that it lacked.

[Example] Hereinafter, an example of the decorative metal plate according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. That is, on the decorative metal plate according to the present invention, a three-dimensional pattern 3 is formed on at least one surface 2a of the substrate 2 by raised printing or the like, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 6, and a decorative coating film 7 is formed on the intermediate layer 6. To explain further, the base Fi2 is made of one type of flat galvanized iron plate, colored steel plate, galvanized steel plate, galvanized steel plate, aluminum/galvanized steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, and copper plate, and has a thickness of 0.27 to 1.5 mm. It is around 6W.

Of course, the substrate 2 is formed into a desired cross-sectional shape by rolling or pressing. The three-dimensional pattern 3 is obtained by coating synthetic resin powder 5 (hereinafter simply referred to as powder) on ink 4, melting it, and burning it, and the film thickness is 10
It is about 0 to 1000 microns and gives a three-dimensional effect.

This three-dimensional pattern 3 is formed by printing an arbitrary pattern. The powder 5 may be made of any material that can generally function as a vehicle for the coating film, such as polyester resin, acrylic resin, polyethylene resin, silicone polyester resin, Funso resin, PVA, nylon 12, phenol resin, urethane resin, etc. .. The intermediate layer 6 is an ultraviolet curable coating film having a thickness of about 5 to 10 microns, such as alkyd resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin, urethane resin, unsaturated polyester resin, acrylic resin, fluorocarbon resin, silicone, etc. One type of resin or the like is used. This paint reacts and hardens in a short time (on the order of seconds), can be transferred to the next process, requires low-cost equipment, and is largely unaffected by the shape of the object to be coated. The decorative coating film 7 is made of one or more of the above-described and above-mentioned resin-based paints, or polyurethane resins, polystyrene resins, vinyl acetate resins, and the like. Of course, either transparent paint or colored paint can be used.

Next, the manufacturing method will be briefly explained. Now, a pattern as shown in the figure is printed on one surface 2a of the substrate 2 (color steel plate, 0.27 m thick) as shown in Fig.
Assume that a three-dimensional pattern 3 of 000 microns is to be formed. Therefore, a pattern as shown in the figure is printed on one surface 2a using ink 4, and powder 5 of nylon 12 is applied thereon, and the excess powder 5 is collected. Next, the ink 4 and the powder 5 are burned in a furnace at 300 to 400° C. to form a three-dimensional pattern 3 with a height of 1000 microns. Next, as a paint for forming the intermediate layer 6, a paint whose main ingredient is polyurethane resin is applied to a thickness of about 20 microns, and is cured by irradiating it with ultraviolet rays. Of course, the three-dimensional pattern 3 is not buried in the intermediate layer 6. Next, 30 microns of paint using a polyester resin as a vehicle is applied (wet) to the entire surface 2a, and the coating is sent into a furnace at 200 to 300°C and burned out.

The above-mentioned decorative metal plate had a richer three-dimensional effect and better weather resistance than conventional printed steel plates printed on flat plates. In particular, when the three-dimensional pattern 3 is further formed on the colored steel plate, the weather resistance is excellent.

Furthermore, just like printing, patterns could be shaped down to the smallest detail, and there were no restrictions on the patterns. Furthermore, the weather resistance and water resistance exhibited unprecedented performance due to the characteristics of each coating film.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the decorative metal plate according to the present invention, (1) the three-dimensional pattern is not limited in shape because it is printed, and any pattern can be formed. ■The three-dimensional pattern, the substrate, and the decorative paint film are reliably integrated, and the paint film does not peel off, blister, or crack, and has excellent weather and water resistance. ■Different from embossed and flat plates, the 3D pattern has a flat bottom, and the 3D pattern and raised printing give it a 3D effect, giving it a rare appearance. ■It is possible to form a precept at low cost and easily without the three-dimensional pattern having a negative effect on the precept. ■It is also possible to form the coating film using different materials, making it possible to effectively utilize the merits of each material. It has the following characteristics.
